General Shipping Information:
Thank you for your order. We strive to expedite every order so that you can have your product as quickly as possible. If an item is backordered but is due to be available very shortly we will generally hold the order and send everything together. If the backorder will still take several weeks for production then we will send the rest of your order ahead and the backorder when it's ready.
Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package. If you provide us with a bad address and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss.
If a package is returned to us because of a bad address provided by you, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and correct the error. If you choose to have the package sent again you will be billed the appropriate shipping charge. If you choose to cancel the order you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and your shipping charges will not be refunded. In order to ensure that your package is not picked up by someone else, do not have your package delivered to a location where strangers may sign for or take your package.
The shipping time listed below refers to the time in transit, once the package leaves our store. Note that Media mail shipments without backorders are usually shipped within 72 hours of the order. Priority mail or Fed Ex orders without backorders are generally shipped within 24 hours. This may vary, so for special shipping requests (such as overnight), please contact us directly at 830-714-4677 or toll-free at 1-866-333-6392 for immediate assistance.

Currently we offer the following shipping options:
· USPS Media: Use this for the most economical way to send packages within the United States. Shipping time ranges from five to fifteen business days. Packages sent through standard mail are not tracked and we cannot provide updates about the location of your package once it has shipped. (This is the most common choice for customers without a particular deadline.)
· FedEx Ground: Use this method for guaranteed delivery within the United States. FedEx guarantees that your package will arrive within 5 business days, sometimes fewer, depending on your location. Each package is insured and contains a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. FEDEX GROUND CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. PLEASE ENTER A STREET ADDRESS FOR FEDEX DELIVERY.
· FedEx 2 Day or Overnight: Please call us to place an order with this shipping method to ensure we can guarantee its delivery on time.
All packages shipped by the US Postal Service will not be insured or have tracking unless requested and paid for by the customer. OFWC Media is not responsible for any uninsured packages that do not arrive or are damaged.
All packages shipped by FedEx will automatically be insured and tracking made available.
· First Class International: Usually the most economical though slower shipping method for addresses outside of the United States. Packages can take from 4-6 weeks to arrive at the country of destination but actual delivery to your address could take longer depending on the quality of your postal service. Packages shipped surface mail are not tracked.
· Priority International: A faster method of shipment we use for addresses outside of the United States. Delivery to the country of destination takes between 6-10 days but actual delivery to your address can take longer depending on the quality of your postal service.
Remember that the shipping times above are in addition to the availability time. We mail the product as soon as it is available. Most items are available to be shipped within 72 hours of ordering, but again, if you have special deadlines to meet or would like your order shipped via Express Mail International, please contact us by phone to ensure they are met.
Orders within the United States will be processed as soon as payment is received. If you choose to send us a check or call in a credit card number we will not begin processing your order until we receive your payment.
Lost International Shipments
On rare occasions an international order may be lost in shipping. We make every effort to properly package, postmark and record foreign shipments but cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of a package once it leaves our store for a foreign destination. No money will be refunded for orders that are lost or damaged once they leave our store, unless the order is insured.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders sent to addresses outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and duties. We will include customs forms with all such orders.
Unfortunately, customs fees vary greatly from country to country and we are not able to provide you with this information. If you are having a package shipped to an address outside of the United States please contact your customs office before completing the order so you know what fees, if any, may be charged when your package arrives.
Defective and Mistakenly-shipped Merchandise:
If merchandise is defective or we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will pay any shipping costs involved in replacing the merchandise or correcting our error. Please do not send items that do not meet the above conditions as you will not receive a refund for them and they will not be returned to you.
Insured Damaged or Missing Merchandise: Any insured product that is damaged upon arrival or never arrives will be replaced free of charge.
If an insured product is damaged, OFWC Media must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of package and OFWC Media will gladly replace the damaged product free of charge. If the insured product never arrives the customer must contact OFWC Media within 21 days and OFWC Media will gladly replace the item free of charge.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the materials offered on our website (CDs, DVDs and books) we cannot accept returns.
If you need to return mistakenly-shipped merchandise and your item meets our return criteria, please call us or send an e-mail about your return within 30 days of the postmark on your package. Send this email to email@example.com. After 30 days we will not accept a return. Upon approval of your return please follow the instructions below:
1. Place the merchandise in the original shipping package or another comparable package. Include in the package your order number, the reason for your return and the name, address and phone number of the person who placed the order, along with the name of the person who approved your return. Please carefully pack and protect the merchandise and wrap the package securely to keep merchandise from moving during shipment.
